At Play Smarter Lose Less (accessible from playsmarterloseless.com), we prioritize the privacy of our visitors and users of our mobile application, Perfect Draw.

Personal Information: If you sign up for our "Video Poker Toolkit" or mailing list, we collect your name and email address via systeme.io.

App Account Data: When you create a profile in Perfect Draw, we collect your chosen display name (screen name). We do not collect your real name, email address, or phone number through the app.

Team & Social Features: If you join or create a team, your display name, player level, trophies, and role within the team are stored on our servers (Firebase/Firestore) to enable team functionality. Chat messages you send within a team are stored on our servers and visible to other team members.

Gameplay Data: Hand history, EV scores, duel results, and quiz results associated with your account are stored on our servers to enable team features such as shared hands and leaderboards.

Device Data: The app stores strategy preferences and session data locally on your device. We do not have access to locally stored data.

Log Files: We use standard log files (IP addresses, browser type, date/time stamps) to analyze website trends.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the Perfect Draw app. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier/IDFA on iOS), coarse location, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. On first launch, the app will ask for your permission before allowing personalized advertising. In-App Purchases: All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain our website and the Perfect Draw app

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Team & Chat Data: Chat messages and team activity data are retained for as long as you are a member of a team. If you leave or are removed from a team, your messages may remain visible to other team members.

Account Deletion: To request deletion of your account data (display name, chat history, gameplay records stored on our servers), please contact us at [your contact email]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Local Data: App data stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the application.

Mailing List: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

5. No Gambling Services

Play Smarter Lose Less is an educational and informational resource only. We do not provide gambling services, handle bets, or operate as a casino. Our goal is to provide mathematical analysis and strategy for video poker.

6. Children's Information

Perfect Draw is rated 18+ and is intended for adult users only. The app simulates casino-style gameplay for educational purposes and includes social chat features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] and we will remove the account and associated data.

7. User-Generated Content

Team chat messages are visible to all members of your team. Do not share personal information, phone numbers, addresses, or other sensitive data in team chat. We are not responsible for content shared by users within the app. Misuse of chat features (harassment, spam, inappropriate content) may result in removal from a team or account suspension.

8. Your Rights
